How long will I have to wait?
Breaking down sucks. So does waiting hours for roadside assistance with no idea when help's gonna get there and repair your truck. That's why we'll always give you an estimated arrival time factoring in stuff like your truck's location, the time of day and traffic conditions - Yep, 24/7 Australia wide. We'll also keep you in the loop if anything changes so you know when to expect us.

What happens if my truck needs towing?
If our roadside assistance team can't repair your truck at the side of the road, we'll tow it to the nearest Truck Assist service provider or customer depot. And because we only use specialist truck mechanics to carry out repairs, you can relax knowing your vehicle's in expert hands.

If a truck has to be towed, what happens to the driver?
It's our job to get you back on the road as quickly as possible - and that includes the driver as well as the truck. When you call for 24/7 truck roadside assistance, our team will sort you out with a taxi to wherever you need to go. All you have to do is cover the fare at the time of service.

I've changed my truck rego. Do I need to let you know?
Yep - but it's an easy fix. Email info@truckassist.com.au with details of your new truck registration along with the old one, and we'll do the rest.

We have a nationwide network of specialist service providers we can call on any time, any where. So no matter where you break down, we will do our utmost to get you out of trouble.
